After you complete the form below, your order will be electronically processed and you are responsible for submitting your payment. Please contact us immediately to let us know you will be submitting a check and we will hold your spot for five (5) business days. After that time, if we have not received payment, we will consider your registration canceled and your seat will be relinquished.

Our Cancellation and Refund Policy
Our training classes are designed around small groups and therefore we often put people on waiting lists for upcoming training. Early cancellations allow us to accommodate others.
However, we know that life happens and want to accommodate everyone as best as possible.
Please review our cancellation and refund policy.
Participants may cancel their registration without penalty up to 7 days prior to the training
Cancellations received less than 7 days before training will incur a 30% administration fee, deducted from the registration fee.
Cancellations received the day before will not be eligible for a refund.

If you would like to transfer your registration to a future training date, we have a one-time free transfer policy.
